Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received a defective product, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. We will assess your case and respond within 5 business days.

If approved, we will replace the item free of charge. Please note that replacements are only offered for damaged or defective items and not for issues such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
